- $50.00 per hour, maximum seating for 30 people
- $45.00 per hour per custodian fee, a minimum of 1 hour in addition to event duration, as required per rental agreement), due a minimum of 7 calendar days in advance of rental date
- $25.00 per event for the use of AV projection equipment
