The Collaborative Visual Arts Award and Exhibit honors 6 students from each participating high school (Andover, Lawrence, Methuen, and CREST), selected by their teachers for their accomplishments in the visual arts. Student art is exhibited in a community-wide two week art exhibit – usually in Lawrence. The Collaborative Art Award is presented by area high school teachers at an award ceremony held at the beginning of the art exhibit. This art award has been presented for 30 consecutive years.
The 2016-17 Collaborative Visional Arts Awards and Exhibit will be held at Lawrence Heritage State Park, 10 Jackson Street, Lawrence – April 11, 2017 – 7:00 pm.
